Crypto.com, a crypto exchange, has introduced an AI user assistant named "Amy" to provide users with information about the crypto industry, including real-time token prices, projects, and historical events. 

According to the company, Amy is currently in the pilot phase to gather feedback before future expansion. The AI assistant is based on ChatGPT, and Crypto.com's Executive Vice President of Products, Abhi Bisarya, expressed enthusiasm about the potential for AI in crypto.

The spokesperson for Crypto.com also highlighted the potential benefits of AI in the industry, citing its ability to educate users about the underlying technology and financial services. They emphasized the importance of responsible use of AI and noted that feedback from the pilot phase would be integrated into future upgrades.

Crypto Exchanges and Wallets Integrate AI to Enhance User Experience and Educate about Cryptocurrencies

Crypto.com is among the growing number of crypto exchanges and wallets integrating AI into their platforms. Other examples include OKX exchange's AI algorithm to capture crypto market volatility, Solana Labs' ChatGPT-based plugin that uses AI to fetch blockchain data, and Binance's AI chatbot that emphasizes user education through its Web3 academy.

Bitget, a digital asset trading platform, recently pledged $10 million towards developing the Fetch.ai ecosystem by providing consultations on marketing and other services. As AI technology continues to be integrated into the crypto industry, it is likely that more companies will follow suit to enhance user experiences and educate users about cryptocurrencies.
