India's Alternative to Elon Musk, $8 Per Month For Twitter Blue Subscription

Twitter Blue subscriptions will cost $8 per month thanks to Elon Musk's ideas, which prompted Dilip Asbe, CEO of the National Payments Corporation of India (NPCI), to suggest the UPI AutoPay feature for recurring payments. However, Twitter users are still displeased with Elon Musk's choice to charge for the "blue checkmark," and some recommend getting rid of the Twitter Blue subscription completely.

Elon Musk plans to charge $8 per month for the Twitter Blue subscription, prompting Dilip Asbe, CEO of the National Payments Corporation of India (NPCI), to propose the UPI AutoPay functionality for recurring payments. Twitter users, however, continue to complain about Elon Musk's decision to charge for the "blue checkmark" and suggest doing away with the Twitter Blue subscription altogether.

Elon Musk reduced the price of a Twitter Blue subscription from $20 to $8 per month after receiving criticism for maintaining high subscription fees. On November 2, Elon Musk tweeted that despite complaints from consumers, he is unable to reduce the fees more owing to income and spam control issues.

Elon Musk promoted India's UPI AutoPay in a tweet, which can handle recurring payments on a monthly, quarterly, or annual basis. NCPI CEO Dilip Asbe responded to the message. Additionally, he disclosed that the UPI's recurring payments functionality has 7 million active users. No need to worry, Twitter; India has UPI AutoPay (7 Mn new approved collection mandates/month) to collect whenever, monthly, quarterly, or annually as you like.

For subscribers in the United States, Twitter Blue costs $8 per month. Based on purchasing power parity, the cost in other nations will be modified.

Elon Musk's plan to address the bot problem with the $8 price for a Blue subscription is backed by MicroStrategy's Michael Saylor, Binance CEO "CZ," seasoned analyst Peter Brandt, and other well-known crypto personalities. If paid Blue accounts participate in spam or scams, they will be suspended.

Dogecoin Support on Twitter is Awaited by the Crypto Community

Dogecoin support on the social media site is eagerly anticipated by the cryptocurrency community, while Elon Musk is occupied addressing complaints about Twitter Blue and other features.

Musk suggests that he will work with programmers to add Dogecoin on Twitter. By releasing a picture of a dog sporting a clothing bearing the Twitter logo, he earlier affected the movement of the Dogecoin price.

Because non-U.S. businesses were involved in Elon Musk's purchase of Twitter, the U.S. Treasury is currently looking into the matter.
