Metacells, like Metascientists and Nanocells, have self-evolving qualities and characteristics that enable them to develop into various aesthetic shapes and adapt to new abilities, hence raising their worth over time.
Players will be able to experiment with their MAD Metacell NFTs and create cryptocurrency and NFT prizes once The Lab, a web3 gamified platform for Evolving NFTs, is released. Players can experiment and develop with various dynamics inside the Lab to evolve, mutate, and improve the MAD Metacells. Additionally, users can use their 3rd party NFTs from their wallets to further modify and evolve their MAD Metacells by using the Host Protocol function of the Lab. The growth and evolution of metacells are influenced by how players feed them throughout the game.
