Valour has announced the launch of its Binance Coin (BNB)

Exchange-traded products (ETP) on Börse Frankfurt, Germany's largest exchange, with trading set to begin on Wednesday, August 24, 2022.

In a press release published on August 24, the company stated that the new product will follow the price of BNB, the native token of the Binance Chain while charging minimal fees.

According to Valour, the new product, which ranks as the company’s tenth ETP, would assist investors in avoiding excessive risk exposure and maximizing operating efficiency.

“BNB is a dynamic digital asset. By offering exposure to this cryptocurrency on Börse Frankfurt, Valour enables investors to do so through a prestigious and recognized exchange in a secure and safe manner. As more investors look to diversify with digital assets, I am convinced that our low-cost model will boost interest in our Valour (BNB) ETP,” remarked Valour CEO Russell Starr.

Besides BNB, Valour also administers ETPs involving UniSwap, Cardano, Polkadot, Solana, Avalanche, Cosmos, and Enjin.

In addition, the company hosts the Bitcoin Zero and Ethereum Zero investment products, which are backed by Bitcoin and Ethereum, respectively.

ETPs to drive crypto adoption

In general, the introduction of ETPs is seen as a way to increase crypto acceptance because the product removes the technical aspect of investing and holding digital currencies.

Notably, several German exchanges feature fully hedged digital asset ETPs offered by various platforms as companies work to accelerate global crypto adoption. For example, the Iconic Funds' Physical Bitcoin ETP debuted on Deutsche Börse's Xetra on May 12, with a total expense ratio of 0.95%.
