In the past 24 hours, the price of XRP has decreased by almost 2%, while over the past 90 days, it has decreased by more than 14%.

XRP appears to be losing pace as the SEC v. Ripple litigation verdict is the subject of growing concern. Despite the latest price drop, crypto giants are still making an effort to remain upbeat.

Whale Moving 300 million XRP

According to the report's statistics, a crypto whale moved almost 300 million XRP, or roughly $122 million. The tracker's single largest transaction was the transfer of 160 million XRP, or almost $66 million, to an unidentified wallet.

In the past 24 hours, the price of XRP has decreased by almost 2%, while over the past 90 days, it has decreased by more than 14%. As of the time of publication, XRP is trading at an average price of $0.4126.

Data shows that over the past 24 hours, whales have sold almost 100 million XRP (about $32 million) in several transactions. The largest dumping transaction ever was the transfer of 36 million XRP worth $15 million to the Bitstamp cryptocurrency market. On the same exchange, however, whales sold about 69 million XRP (about $28 million).

Whales buy a dip

By purchasing over 40 million XRP (roughly worth $16.6 million) in a one transaction, a whale profited greatly from the recent price decline.

The 24-hour trading volume for XRP has decreased by 20% to $835 million. In spite of being the target of a US SEC lawsuit, XRP still has a market worth of over $20 billion.

The top 10 tokens by trading volume among the 500 largest BSC whales during the past 24 hours, according to the study, included XRP. As we continue, we see that XRP was in the top 10 tokens purchased by the top 100 whales. The top 100 whales are currently holding more than $26 million in XRP, according to the data.
