Coin Info

Bancor is the only decentralised protocol for staking that lets you make money with a single token and keeps you safe from temporary loss. Bancor was the first DeFi protocol. It came out in 2017.

Today, it makes millions of dollars in fees from depositors every month by giving up to 60% APR on tokens like ETH, WBTC, LINK, MATIC, AAVE, and more. Bancor is a decentralised autonomous organisation that is owned by the people who use it (Bancor DAO).

The "Bancor Network Token," or BNT, is the protocol token used on the network. Traders can add liquidity to the pools on the network by using the token for the protocol. The pools can get money from anyone who wants to. When liquidity providers add liquidity to a pool, they can get fees for trades that go through the pool. Liquidity providers will get pool tokens that represent their share of the pool's liquidity, fees, and rewards for Liquidity Mining.

Bancor is one of the longest-running and most-audited crypto projects. Top auditors like Certik, PeckShield, and Halborn have given it perfect scores. DeFiSafety also gave Bancor a safety score of 96% in 2021, which was one of the highest scores ever.
