Spot Ethereum ETF Disclosed Fee Structure; What About Approval?
The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) set a deadline of July 18 for all issuers of spot Ethereum ETFs to submit their final S-1 registration forms.
All issuers including Grayscale Ethereum Mini Trust, Franklin Templeton, VanEck, etc., successfully submitted their final S-1 forms by the specified deadline.
Among all issuers, Franklin Templeton stands out by offering the lowest management fee of 0.19% for its spot Ethereum ETF.
To further entice investors, five issuers, Bitwise, Fidelity, Franklin Templeton, 21Shares, and VanEck have announced plans to waive their fees initially.
Grayscale has introduced the Grayscale Ethereum Mini Trust, which will charge a 0.25% management fee, aligning with BlackRock’s fee structure.
The timely submission of the final S-1 forms by all issuers boosts the chances of SEC approval for these spot Ethereum ETFs.
