SEC Nears Approval for Spot Ethereum ETFs; Requested S-1 Form
The US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) is in the final stages of approving spot Ethereum exchange-traded funds (ETFs).
To meet the SEC's requirements, issuers of the spot Ethereum ETFs are required to submit their final S-1 forms by the end of this week.
Among the issuers, VanEck and Invesco Galaxy have already disclosed their management fees, will charge 0.20% and 0.25%, respectively.
Analysts believe that these ETFs will attract considerable interest from investors, contributing to the growth and mainstream adoption of Ethereum.

Interestingly, the anticipated approval of the spot Ethereum ETFs will coincide with the Bitcoin Conference 2024, which is scheduled for July 25-27.
