Focused on Distributed Ledger Technology (DLT), the program offers participants in-depth knowledge, personalized guidance, and access to a vibrant network of industry professionals. Over a span of several months, mentees gain the tools and confidence needed to launch careers or build ventures within the rapidly evolving Web3 Ecosystem, fostering diversity and innovation in the tech landscape.

Spots Available: 200 women per group (400 total each year)
