About the Event

ETHAfrique 2025 marks a historic milestone as the first Ethereum conference dedicated to Francophone Africa, designed to unify developers, builders, investors, educators, and enthusiasts across the region. Scheduled for August 1-2, 2025, this one-day event in Francophone Africa will showcase the rich growth of the Web3 Ecosystem in the region, with a line-up featuring community partners, local blockchain experts, sponsor showcases, and engaging speaker sessions. As a platform “to make the Ethereum ecosystem accessible, local, and powerful for Francophone Africa,” ETHAfrique aims to foster collaboration and knowledge-sharing that reflects the region’s unique potential within the global decentralized movement

It’s organized by a group of Ethereum developers and African blockchain leaders who want to teach, connect, and grow the Web3 world in Africa.
