HELP... can't claim my giveaway token

Hello and a more than just good morning. Since I know pretty little about the crypto world and am sad about a little problem, it led me here. Namely, have two positions, reward etc, in the connected wallet. Any attempt to confirm it to get credit I have to read not to be eligible. I am logged in to my account and a wallet is also connected. Am I missing something? Hope the message is understandable, because I am familiar with the English language, but even more so with my German language. Well, I hope for some help...
