Apple pay is supporting cryptocurrency news & updates

MetaMask, a popular Ethereum crypto wallet, has entered

 the Apple ecosystem by integrating with the company's payments network.

On March 29, MetaMask published a slew of upgrades to its mobile version 4.3.1, the most noteworthy of which was the addition of Apple Pay support.

The caveat is that Apple does not directly enable cryptocurrency payments through its own platform, so they must be made through Wyre, which really does handle cryptocurrency and connects with Apple Pay.

Users may now purchase cryptocurrency using debit or credit cards, removing the requirement to transmit ETH to the app ahead of time. Using their Visa or Mastercards and the Wyre API, Apple Pay customers may deposit a daily maximum of $400 into their wallet.
