Today, the price of Bitcoin in cryptocurrency was hovering above the $46,000 level. The virtual token increased by more than a percent to $46,782. So far in 2022 (year-to-date or YTD), the world's largest and most popular cryptocurrency is up roughly 2%. It is approximately 30% below its all-time high of about $69,000 set in November of last year.

"BTC's everyday trend is continuing to revisit the prior breakthrough milestone." "The very next impedance level is projected to be $48,600, then next reliable basis is anticipated to be $34,200," said Siddharth Menon, COO of cryptocurrency exchange.

But on the other side, Ethereum, the token tied to the Ethereum platform and the second-largest cryptocurrency by market price, increased by more than 1% to $3,520. Meanwhile, the price of dogecoin increased by about 4% to $0.15, while Shiba Inu was trading by 1% down at $0.000027.

"As the tendency for Bitcoin hegemony index remains to diminish at a gradual rate, Ethereum continues to grow stronger versus BTC." "Ethereum has been on an explosive run in recent weeks," Menon noted.

Other digital tokens' performance was inconsistent, with Litecoin, Stellar, Cardano, and Terra exchanging with increases while Solana, Polkadot, Polygon, and Uniswap values fell in the last 24 hours. As per the market, the worldwide cryptocurrencies market capitalization has surpassed the $2 trillion milestones, rising to $2.27 trillion, a more than 1% increase in the previous 24 hours.
