BTC Begins Above $21,000, XRP Jumps 14%.
The majority of cryptocurrency values rose during the past 24 hours, mirroring increases in the US financial markets. Cryptocurrency markets, meanwhile, have been unable to keep up their enthusiasm. According to data from CoinGabbar, the market capitalization of all cryptocurrencies fell by more than 4.5 percent in the last day to $980 billion.
The volume of the global cryptocurrency market was $80.4 billion, rise about 2.1 percent from the previous day. Data from CoinGabbar, which monitors 13471 cryptocurrencies, shows that the dominance of Bitcoin has decreased to 40.96 percent.
The price of Bitcoin (BTC) has decreased by 0.16 percent during the past 24 hours and has rise by about 3.4 percent over the past seven days. BTC was worth $21,051 at the time of writing. After bouncing back from a drop below the $17.8K level, Bitcoin remained slightly below the $21K level. As the number of searches for the cryptocurrency rose to a 12-month high, it's interesting to note that this modest rebound has reignited public interest in Bitcoin.
