According to the announcement, there will be no minimum XRP holding restriction for the user to get Flare tokens. Every XRP holder will receive one Flare token for every XRP held. In this airdrop, however, users will receive 15% of the total FLR tokens for which they are qualified.
It said that Crypto users in supported jurisdictions who have an XRP balance are eligible for the airdrop. The snapshot excludes all loaned XRP and benefits from loaned amounts in Margin trading.
