• In the first 3 months of 2022, 2,759 new ATMs that exchange cryptocurrency for fiat cash were installed. These ATMs accept Bitcoin, Ethereum, Bitcoin Cash, Litecoin, Dash, Monero, Zcash, dogecoin, Tether, and Ripple's XRP, as per industry tracker Crypto ATM Radar.

There seem to be 36,659 ATMs in 76 nations worldwide, with far more than 90% of them in the United States of America. The United States has 32,623 cryptocurrency ATMs, whereas Canada has 2,439 ATMs. El Salvador, which just made Bitcoin legal tender, now has 204 crypto-to-fiat ATMs.

At the present, there are 612 operators and 43 ATM manufacturers globally behind such ATMs. Bitcoin Depot is the largest operator in the area, with 7,001 deployed internationally, representing a 19.1% share of the market. Meanwhile, Genesis Coin is the world's largest ATM maker, accounting for 41.6 per cent of the market.
