Do Kwon Disputes the Transfer of Bitcoin to Crypto Exchanges
In a tweet on September 28, Terra founder Do Kwon refuted claims that he had transferred Bitcoin from LFG wallets to the cryptocurrency exchanges KuCoin and OKX. Even the founder of Terra asserts that he hasn't utilised OKX or KuCoin in more than a year. He thinks a lot of false information is being published about him.
He further affirms that neither the money of TerraForm Labs nor the Luna Foundation Guard (LFG) have been frozen.
After discovering financial transfers from LFG accounts, South Korean authorities had requested KuCoin and OKX to freeze $67 million Bitcoin linked to Do Kwon. However, following the Terra-LUNA issue in May, LFG denied receiving any Bitcoin or other token transfers in a tweet. Additionally, no brand-new wallets have been developed to transfer the money.
Do Kwon, the founder of Terra, is allegedly accused of creating a new wallet for LFG and moving money between the wallets and exchanges.
Red Notice from Interpol against Terra Founder
In response to South Korean prosecutors intensifying their inquiries into him, Interpol has issued a red alert against Terra founder Do Kwon. The founder of Terra is still active on Twitter and is being vigorously sought after by Interpol and the prosecution.
Police in Singapore have also confirmed that he has left the city-state. Do Kwon made it clear that he is not hiding and is working with the police.
After a warrant for Do Kwon's arrest was issued, Terra tokens LUNC and LUNA kept falling.
