MetaMask Launches Be

MetaMask launched a Portfolio Dapp in beta after receiving feedback from users who were unable to examine all of their assets in one location.

This upgrade eliminates the need for MetaMask users to hunt the application for wallet upgrades.

According to MetaMask's blog post, the upgrade combines several tools across platforms to access the entire state of crypto. The crypto wallet now consolidates users' accounts and assets across many chains in a single interface. It allows users to monitor balances across their DeFi activity and NFTs.

As mentioned in the release, the portfolio.metamask.io is accessible as a browser extension. The service is also accessible for mobile users, and the "watch any wallet" function allows users who previously relied on other systems to add their offline or hardware wallets.

Notably, users may add, modify, and remove as many accounts as they want to the list, including their friend's ENS domain or public address. Users can also add crypto tokens to their watchlist to track their performance.

Portfolio Dapp also supports Ethereum, Optimism, BNB Smart Chain, Polygon, Fantom, Abritrum, and Avalanche blockchain networks, allowing users to examine their assets across different chains.

Furthermore, the portfolio view allows users to explore their portfolios in one place. This offers a comprehensive view of their NFTs, digital collections, and other Ethereum Mainnet and Polygon services.
