Even though the collapse of FTX has caused a substantial setback for the credibility of the cryptocurrency market, this does not necessarily mean that technological advancement will come to a standstill as a result. According to recent reports, the backing for cryptocurrency projects from prominent figures such as Elon Musk is all set to further the acceptance of web 3.0. It is common knowledge that Musk has a soft spot in his heart for the well-known memecoin Dogecoin (DOGE).
The enormous influence that Musk's societal approval of DOGE has had is evidenced by the fact that the way memecoins are understood has undergone a complete transformation as a direct result of this. In the meantime, the engineers working on the Shiba Inu (SHIB) blockchain are probably hard at work on a massive network upgrade that is likely to be of equal or greater significance than Shibarium, which is the layer 2 blockchain scaling solution for SHIB.
Without revealing the name of the project, the Shiba Inu developer known only as "Shib Trophias" recently provided an update in which he stated that the design for version 1 had been finished. Additionally, the developer stated that the project will be launched in stages in order to facilitate the flow of content. Although at first it was believed that he was speaking about the Shibarium project, it turned out that he was actually hinting at a possible update to the SHIB ecosystem.
