Spanish cryptocurrency exchange Bit2me would assist 2gether customers after account block

Following a recent agreement between the two crypto exchanges, Bit2Me revealed intentions to onboard 2gether’s 100k cryptocurrency investors, who had previously been barred from trading as a result of the exchange's inability to function in the midst of unfavorable market circumstances.

The Spanish cryptocurrency trading platform 2gether discontinued its free trading services on July 10 owing to its inability to recover its associated operational costs as a result of the crypto winter. Instead, 20 euros in maintenance costs were imposed on the consumers.

In order to help the newly displaced cryptocurrency investors, Bit2Me and 2gether came to an agreement to welcome users without charging any fees, enabling users to transfer their holdings and restart trading. In addition, Bit2Me made the decision to give the users their 20 euros back after a successful onboarding.

Leif Ferreira, CEO and co-founder of Bit2Me, reaffirmed his commitment to Spain's cryptocurrency sector by saying that "the world of cryptocurrencies and Blockchain technology is and will be crucial to our present and future. Because of this, we wish to support 2gether users who want to continue being a part of the crypto ecosystem."
