Whale on a Shiba Inu purchasing binge?
Whalestats reports that 'BlueWhale0113', an Ethereum whale, purchased more than 321.28 billion Shiba Inu (SHIB) in a single transaction. The whale was charged almost $3.72 million for this transaction.
As we continue, the whale wallet is still currently holding SHIB tokens valued at $2.48 million. 7.44% of its holdings are made up by it. The largest token held by the whale is Polygon (MATIC), though. It accounts for around 11.45% of the entire holding.
In the past 24 hours, Shina Inu's price has decreased by more than 4%. As of the time of publication, SHIB is trading at an average price of $0.000012. It still has a market worth of nearly $6.6 billion and is the second most valuable meme token.
According to WhaleStats, the top 500 ETH whales have Shiba Inu tokens valued at more than $652 million. The largest token held by the top 100 Ethereum whales is SHIB, though. Shiba Inus worth more than $510 million are in their possession.
Up 60% in Meme token 24 trading volume
The cumulative meme token's 24-hour trading volume surpassed the $1.2 billion threshold, according to Coin98 Insight. Shiba Inu reported over $872 million more in training volume than the total. According to CoinGabbar, SHIB saw an increase in its 24-hour trading volume of more than 40%.
However, Dogecoin (DOGE), the most popular meme token, had the highest 24-hour trading volume at $394 million. Over the past 24 hours, DOGE's price has decreased by more than 4.30%. At the time of publication, Dogecoin was trading at an average price of $0.0686.
