Binance announced on Friday that three new cryptocurrencies are now supported by its Binance Card.

Cardholders may now access their Ripple (XRP), Shiba Inu (SHIB), and Avalanche (AVAX) crypto assets.

The Binance Card allows holders to exchange and spend cryptocurrency at over 60 million online and physical stores. However, according to the website, the card is only available to European nationals and Ukrainian refugees. Prior to the escalation of the turmoil in Ukraine, Binance planned to expand its card reach into Ukraine by the end of this year.

Bitcoin, Cardano, AVAX, Binance Coin, Binance USD, Polkadot, Ethereum, S.S. Lazio Fan Token, FC Porto Fan Token, Santos FC Fan Token, SHIB, Swipe, Tether, and XRP are among the 14 cryptocurrencies currently supported by the card.

New additions to the supported cryptocurrency do not affect existing Binance Card users' payment choices.

This news comes just one day after Binance announced a partnership with Mastercard to deliver prepaid cards to Argentina. The two financial service companies will partner to expand payment options for Binance users in the nation.

Argentine customers will be able to use BTC and BNB, as well as other cryptocurrencies, for purchases and withdrawals everywhere Mastercard is accepted.

Additionally, Nexo also launched a cryptocurrency card in April in partnership with Mastercard. Even though Nexo first announced the project in 2019, it took over three years for the project to materialize. It is exclusively accessible to residents of specific European countries, the same as the Binance Card.
