According to sources statistics, a whale wallet added around $19.39 million in Shiba Inu crypto during the price decline. The whale added 1.7T SHIB tokens to its wallet in a single transaction. Data states that this whale buildup was done through the Huobi Crypto exchange.
It should be noted that the whale's action coincided with the recent Shiba Inu crypto price drop. However, the global crypto market valuation has plummeted by 2% in the last day. It currently stands at $997 billion.
However, this recent drop is the result of another crypto exploit that caught the industry off guard. As CoinGabbar reported, the Binance Bridge attack caused the BSC network to be suspended for several hours. BSC stated that between $100 million to $110 million were thought to be stolen from the chain. Meanwhile, the Binance team initially froze approximately $7 million.
SHIB prices continue to fall
However, Shiba Inu cryptocurrency prices have fallen by 2.7% in the last 24 hours. This drop was observed following the release of its official game. At the time of writing, SHIB was trading at an average price of $0.000011. Despite the volatile market conditions, it still has a market valuation of roughly $6.59 billion.
Earlier, statistics revealed that on October 6, 2022, two whales transferred around 2.1 trillion Shiba Inu tokens to Coinbase for their wallets. The total value of these trades is around $24.3 million. Meanwhile, these transactions took place on the Shiba Inu game's official download day.
