Aladdin DAO (ALD)

AladdinDAO is a decentralised network that uses the "wisdom of the crowds" to move crypto investments away from venture capitalists and toward the "wisdom of the crowds." The problem that AladdinDAO solves is, in plain English, to fight information asymmetry and help small investors separate the signal from the noise. When DeFi came out, many yield farms popped up, but just as quickly, many of them died, taking user funds with them. AladdinDAO wants to make a way for small investors to choose which yield farms to hold.

The protocol is basically a market with three sides. It helps DeFi projects find liquidity by putting them in touch with yield farmers who are looking for the most reliable assets. The best farms are chosen by a council, which is rewarded with ALD tokens. This council is called the Boule. It is the brain of AladdinDAO as a whole, and its members are rewarded based on the value of their contributions, which is calculated every 14 days.

It is made up of a group of DeFi veterans who are chosen by people who call themselves "talent hunters." At the start, talent hunters like Polychain Capital, Alameda Research, and CMS are among the first people to back AladdinDAO. Eighty percent of the first Boule members are chosen by talent hunters, and twenty percent are chosen by the community.
