Horizen was founded by Rob Viglione and Rolf Versluis. Dr. Rob Viglione is the co-founder, CEO, and team leader of both the Zen Blockchain Foundation as well as Horizen Labs. The Zen Blockchain Foundation's co-founder along with executive advisor is Rolf Versluis.
