Mohamed Mnif and Jaafar Saied, co-founders of Dar Blockchain, are thrilled to announce the launch of the inaugural Hedera Hackathon at prestigious universities. They view this as a crucial move in establishing chapters at local educational institutions, offering thorough training, and building a solid understanding of DLT and blockchain.
Mnif and Saied believe that this hackathon will play a crucial role in encouraging Tunisia's youth to embrace Web3. Teams of 3 to 5 members will collaborate in the hackathon to explore and develop applications utilizing decentralized technologies. The deadline for submitting applications is January 20, 2024, creating excitement as teams get ready to showcase their innovative ideas.
Teams must have at least one certified Hedera developer as a key requirement. This ensures a high level of expertise and emphasizes the commitment to using the capabilities of the Hedera Network. This distributed ledger technology has demonstrated significant potential in fostering innovation.
Kamal Youssefi, the President of The Hashgraph Association, is excited about the collaboration.
