Sam Bankman-Fried SBF replied CZ's claims that it had intimidated Binance's staff because it had stopped investing in the FTX exchange.

After Binance CEO CZ criticised Sam Bankman-approach Fried's of running FTX, the latter retaliated violently. CZ has already slammed Kevin O'Leary harshly for defending Sam Bankman-Fried in a prior interview. He added that Binance withdrew its investment in FTX about 1.5 years ago and claimed that FTX was responsible for the theft of consumer cash. CZ claimed that SBF was threatening to take his dispute with Binance's exit from his business to unusual lengths.
SBF responded to CZ's allegations by asserting that the CEO of Binance was lying about the buyout scenario. He tweeted that CZ was no longer required to fabricate the situation. According to SBF, CZ threatened to conditionally back out of the agreement at the last minute. The FTX team felt more assured that Binance should not be on its list of investors as a result of the activities. It's interesting that SBF referred to the CEO of Binance by saying, "You won." You won, CZ. There is no longer a need to misrepresent the buyout. You made a last-minute threat to leave if we didn't contribute an additional $75 million.
Sam Bankman-Fried declared that he was prepared to provide a testimony before American authorities. The House Committee on Financial Services will meet next week. Despite his lack of facts and information, he has now said he will testify despite having previously expressed doubt that he would attend the appearance on December 13.
