Abu Dhabi Global Market Presents Regulations for Web3 Organizations
The Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM) Registration Authority has introduced regulations for Web3 organisations. They are focusing on blockchain foundations, Web3 entities, and decentralised autonomous organisations (DAOs).
These regulations focus to promote transparency and efficiency in the Web3 and blockchain space with an initial registration fee of $1,470. English law applies within the ADGM, which has been actively involved in digital asset and blockchain regulation since 2015.
