Binance Cutoff New Users in UK Amid Regulatory Scrutiny

New Users Onboarding Halted by Binance in United Kingdom

Due to regulatory pressure Binance has stopped accepting users in the United Kingdom from 16 October, onboarding is halted. Binance's partner, Rebuildingsociety.com Ltd (REBS) got imposed by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), including a ban on advertising Binance services. New products and services won't be available during this interim period while existing UK users retain their services. Strict crypto marketing rules introduced by FCA requiring clear, fair, and honest marketing to UK consumers. To provide localised access to its services as it's not registered with the FCA, Binance had used REBS. Binance is actively finding a new FCA-approved partner.
