Binance Allows Users to Withdraw Funds in Russian Rubles

Binance Closed Ruble Deposits, Ended Advcash Ties on Nov. 15

Binance is allowing users to withdraw funds in Russian rubles through its fiat partners or convert them on Binance Convert. This comes after Binance exited Russia, selling its business to CommEX in September. Withdrawals will continue until Jan. 31, 2024. 

Binance also stopped accepting ruble deposits on Nov. 15 and severed ties with the Advcash payment system amid concerns about crypto fund transfers from sanctioned Russian banks.
