BlackRock, Nasdaq, SEC in Talks on Bitcoin ETF Listing Rules

BlackRock, Nasdaq, and SEC representatives held a second meeting within a month to discuss rule changes for listing a Bitcoin ETF. The focus was on Nasdaq Rule 5711(d), addressing criteria and guidelines. 

The proposal includes a surveillance-sharing agreement to address SEC concerns about market manipulation in crypto trading.
