Blockchain Networks Excluded from FedNow's Certified Provider List

Two blockchain networks, Metallicus' Metal Blockchain, and Tassat's Digital Interbank Network, have been left off the list of certified "early adopters" for the United States Federal Reserve's upcoming instant payment system, FedNow. Despite previously announcing their integration with FedNow, both networks were absent from the list released on June 29. Metallicus intends to connect with FedNow once it secures the appropriate bank sponsorship. Tassat was listed on the FedNow website's service provider showcase, but it did not make it onto the certified provider list. The Federal Reserve stated that additional organizations may be integrated into the system in the future.
