Hut 8 Increases Self-Mined Bitcoin Reserves Amid USBTC Merger

Canadian Bitcoin mining company Hut 8 has revealed that it mined 111 BTC in September 2023 amid its ongoing merger deal with US Bitcoin (USBTC), bringing its BTC reserves to 9,366 BTC. However, the monthly mining of Hut 8 has declined during the last year. But despite seeing a decline in monthly Bitcoin mined volume, Hut 8 remains committed to its Hodl strategy, which is not seen among many miners in the industry. Along with this, Hut 8 has said that after the merger deal with USBTC, Hut 8 is ready to form a new Hut 8 unit and it has also got the final approval from the Canada Court in September. The approval from the Canada Court will help the companies move towards a highly diversified revenue stream through Hut 8.
