Poloniex Promoting Financial Services Without Permission

Cryptocurrency exchange Poloniex, owned by TRON founder Justin Sun, faces a warning from the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) after a $100 million hack in November 2023. 

The FCA cautions users, stating Poloniex may be promoting financial services without permission and could be targeting people in the UK.
