Youssef also revealed he had been banned from the site and urged users to "trust no one." Paxful was forced to shut down in April due to regulatory challenges and the departure of key staff, with reports suggesting Youssef's falling out with co-founder Artur Schaback may have also contributed. The platform has since returned, with the company's official Twitter account thanking users for their patience.
