Grayscale goes for NYSE Acra listing for Bitcoin ETF
Grayscale, a significant player in cryptocurrency investments, has submitted an S-3 registration statement to the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) in an attempt to list shares of the Grayscale Bitcoin Trust on NYSE Arca under the ticker symbol GBTC. As Grayscale goes for NYSE Acra listing for Bitcoin ETF, this follows a D.C. circuit court's decision that the SEC should reevaluate Grayscale's application. Grayscale aims to transform its Grayscale Bitcoin Trust into a spot Bitcoin ETF, following a successful lawsuit against the SEC concerning the review of its spot Bitcoin ETF.
