Crypto trading fund GSR receives regulatory approval in Singapore

Cryptocurrency trading fund and liquidity provider Singapore subsidiary GSR Markets Pte. Ltd has received in-principle approval from the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) for a Major Payment Institution (MPI) license. On October 2, GSR announced that GSR is proud of MAS's completion of the necessary formalities to obtain this license and will work diligently to achieve the full license. In fact, GSR plans to use the Singapore subsidiary as a hub to expand in the Asia-Pacific region.
