The move follows similar initiatives in Zug and Lugano, where Bitcoin payments are accepted for certain taxes and public services. Liechtenstein has previously made headlines for its crypto-friendly policies, including the 2019 Liechtenstein Blockchain Act. The country, alongside Swiss principalities, has emerged as a European finance hub for crypto banking and investment services.
