Arbitrary Denial Coinbase Rejects SEC's Regulatory Request

Coinbase has officially filed a rulemaking petition to reject the US SEC's request to create regulations starting in 2022. 

In the filing, Coinbase argues that the SEC's denial is arbitrary and a violation of the Administrative Procedure Act, contrary to law.
