Anyone who chases each Binance new listing has seen the pattern: by the time the headline drops, the move has usually happened already. Binance brought Derive onto its Alpha market on October 14, and the token now trades at $0.4089, roughly 29% under the $0.5778 record it set on September 19, per CoinMarketCap.
Pepe's 2023 listing showed the other side of that coin, jumping 74% in a single day when Binance added it, per Invezz. In both cases, the gains went to holders already in before the news. That earlier step is where Pepeto, the presale token from Pepe's cofounder, sits today, and its buyers have already put more than $11.1 million behind it.
This week's freshest Binance new listing came on October 14 with Derive, PANews reported. Anyone holding 245 or more Alpha points was able to grab 70 Derive tokens on a first come, first served basis, per TokenPost.
Derive was not new, since major exchanges elsewhere already carried it, and its biggest run came before the Alpha add. Run first, listing second. For any token still awaiting a Binance listing, that order decides who gets paid.

Derive, Concrete and Pepe all prove one rule: Binance pays the holders who were already in. Pepeto is the coin still standing before that moment. It is an Ethereum token sold only in presale and listed nowhere, the same seat Ethereum's own buyers held at $0.31 in 2014, and its cofounder took the original Pepe to an $11 billion market value with zero products behind it. Its tools are already live before any listing, starting with the one every listing rush needs most.
Every hot listing drags in copycat traps, and Pepeto's scanner, built into PepetoSwap, filters them out. It runs 42 checks per token, hunting hidden switches that can pause trading, print new coins or freeze wallets, then test-runs a purchase and a sale on a simulated chain and blocks the trade by default the moment it spots a serious flaw. One token it checked scored 6, failed its sell test, and never got bought. Swaps cost 0.00%, a $0 bridge spans five chains, the code carries a SolidProof audit, a developer with Binance experience helps build it, and staking pays 161% APY.
That is why buyers have already committed more than $11.1 million, and why analysts see 300x once it lists, enough to turn $500 into about $150,000. Pepe's listing paid 74% in a single day to those already holding, and Pepeto's own Binance listing is approaching with the stage price rising every round until then. The holders inside before that headline are the ones the listing pays, just as Pepe's were.
Binance Alpha added Concrete on September 30, Coin Gabbar noted, and set a $0.6274 record just two days later. It now sits at $0.3534. On October 8, Sui tapped Concrete as vault manager for Hashi, a product with more than $500 million in pledges, Crypto Briefing reported.
From our view, that Sui deal is real demand, and a return to $0.6274 means a 78% climb. A strong project, though its listing-day run already belongs to the earliest holders.
DGrid AI made its Binance Alpha debut on September 16, PANews reported, and trades at $0.9118, close to the $1.13 high it set on September 21, per CoinMarketCap. On October 14, Binance launched a $200,000 DGrid AI competition where only buy volume counts, ChainCatcher reported.
From our view, a buy-only contest can lift demand for weeks, and a 24% climb to the old high is a fair target.
Derive made its run ahead of the Alpha add, Concrete topped out two days into its debut, and Pepe's 74% listing day rewarded the people already in, so every recent Binance new listing sends the money to whoever held first. Pepeto is the one coin in this story still before that moment, with Pepe's cofounder behind it, its tools live and analysts calling for 300x.
Each closed stage raises the entry for good, so the buyers who get in before this one ends will already be holding when the Binance listing lands, while everyone else buys in after the jump.

The Binance new listing that arrived this week is Derive, live on Binance Alpha since October 14. Derive trades at $0.4089, per CoinMarketCap.
Because Binance listings pay early holders first, as Pepe's 74% listing day proved. Analysts tip Pepeto for 300x, and every closing stage raises the entry.
