The bitcoin price sits at $83,192 today, up 0.88% in 24 hours per CoinMarketCap. But the most telling move this week came from one old wallet. On October 12, a whale moved 4,582 BTC worth $377.6 million, The Block reported.
Those coins cost about $40.8 million in March 2020. The owner held through a crash days later, and the stack grew more than nine times.
Stories like this all teach the same thing: the entry price does most of the work. That is why some buyers now look one step earlier than bitcoin, at coins that have not listed yet. Pepeto, a meme coin presale, has pulled over $11.1 million from exactly that kind of buyer, and its zero fee exchange is already live.
A wallet first funded in March 2020 moved 4,582 BTC, worth $377.6 million, to five new addresses on October 12, per Lookonchain data. CoinDesk reported that the wallet received those coins on March 3, 2020, when they were worth about $40.8 million.
Four new addresses got 1,000 BTC each, and the fifth got about 582. Nine days after the original buy, BTC crashed more than 40% to below $4,000. The coins never moved.
That patience turned $40.8 million into $377.6 million. It also took six years, which is a long time for a smaller buyer starting out today.
The bitcoin price still sits about 34% below its $126,198 record from October 2025, and the early entry on BTC is long gone. A smaller buyer needs what the whale had: a low starting price. Pepeto offers one at $0.00000019, and more than $11.1 million has already come in at presale prices.

The second half of the whale’s lesson is keeping what you make. The whale never traded, so it never paid a fee. Most traders pay on every move, and PepetoSwap, Pepeto’s live exchange, removes that cost.
On Uniswap, a $1,000 swap costs $3, and on PancakeSwap it costs $2.50. On PepetoSwap it costs $0, plus network gas. Over 200 trades of $5,000, that adds up to $3,000 on Uniswap, $2,500 on PancakeSwap, and nothing on PepetoSwap.
Market, limit and DCA orders all work, and a private relay shields each trade from bots. The exchange is non custodial, so keys stay in the buyer’s own wallet, like MetaMask or Trust Wallet. A built in scanner also checks each token before the swap.
Analysts tracking the presale see Pepeto reaching 100x once it trades, with a Binance listing expected. A low entry plus a fee free exchange gives smaller buyers both halves of the whale’s lesson, starting from a presale price.
BTC needs a four hour close above $84,254 to break its wall near $84,000. It traded at $83,266 on October 13, inside a day range of $81,018 to $84,074, per Bitcoin.com News. Its daily RSI reads 52.30, right in the middle.
For today, resistance sits at $83,800 to $84,254. A break there opens $85,000, and a daily close above $85,000 opens $85,500. Floors sit at $82,500 and then $81,000.
For the week, CoinDCX targets $85,000, with $87,300 as the level that turned BTC back twice. Its October target is $85,500, with the 50 day EMA at $80,016 as support. Analyst Daan Crypto Trades told Benzinga that $83,000 is the line to watch after BTC held a retest there.
A move to $85,500 adds about 3%, while a new record needs about 52%. Bitcoin is still the strongest coin in the market, but from here it moves like one: slowly.
The bitcoin price shows how much the entry matters. In early 2013, Coinbase sold BTC for about $22, so $1,000 bought over 45 coins, worth about $3.8 million today. The March 2020 whale proved the same point with bigger numbers.
Pepeto sits at its own early stage now, with its exchange already working. At today’s stage price, $1,000 buys about 5.26 billion tokens. If analysts are right about 100x, those tokens would be worth $100,000.
The current stage sits on the Pepeto official website. Every story in this article was decided by the price someone paid at the start, and Pepeto’s starting price lasts only until the presale closes.

The bitcoin price is $83,192 today, up 0.88% in a day per CoinMarketCap. A whale that bought in March 2020 just moved $377.6 million in BTC.
Pepeto is attractive because it still sells at an early price, like BTC’s $22 in 2013, when $1,000 later became $3.8 million. The Pepeto official website shows that price.
