BlockchainFX says BFX claims depend on the ETH migration. If claims slip, what do the project's own terms give you?
This BlockchainFX News explainer reads the official Token Sale Agreement as of October 13, 2026. It's a document-based explainer, not a new event. No changed terms or new claim statement were found since early October.
It isn't legal advice, and it isn't a BlockchainFX price prediction.

The agreement names Aureum Echelon SRL as the Company. The license registry lists BlockFX International. The sources reviewed don't say how the two relate.
A delay alone isn't listed as a refund trigger in the clauses reviewed. No delay compensation was found either.
No claim deadline was identified in the provisions reviewed. Without a verified deadline, the available text does not establish when a delay would begin under the terms.
Clause 4 describes a possible refund in a company dissolution event, subject to the Company's discretion, obligations and available assets. It does not expressly identify a claim delay as a refund trigger.
Other provisions or applicable law may affect a buyer's rights. That needs a complete review of the termsand the relevant jurisdiction.
The agreement also says refunds may apply where "required by applicable law." Your local rules could add rights. That depends on where you live, so ask a lawyer.
In the BlockchainFX latest news, the claim page is marked "Live."
The Token Sale Agreement says distribution occurs after the Token Distribution Event is completed. Separately, the project's claim interface has tied redemption to the ETH migration and pair availability.
The sources reviewed don't establish whether all distribution conditions are met. They also don't show whether eligible buyers are receiving BFX.
If you follow BlockchainFX News Today, keep trading and claiming apart. A token page shows BFX at $0.000568, down 2.31% over one day. That chart doesn't show presale claims.
