The Web3 creator ecosystem is about to witness an unusual experiment in collaboration, competition, and on-chain thinking. Decent Den, a reality show built specifically for blockchain content creators, will take place from 20th to 22nd March 2026 in Indore.

Unlike online hackathons or typical conferences, participants will live inside the Den for the entire duration — turning the event into a controlled environment where creators completing real-time challenges inspired by blockchain systems.

Format: Live-In Web3 Survival Arena

Selected creators will stay inside a shared space called the Den, cut off from their usual workflows and comfort zones. During these three days, they will face multiple tasks designed around real blockchain dynamics:

1. Strategy & coordination challenges

2. Security-style simulations and attack scenarios

3. Community-driven decision making

4. Collaboration vs competition situations

During discussions, Kalika Prasad shared that since Web3 revolves around communities, people across the ecosystem will actively participate in the show through voting — at times to save their favourite creators and at times to eliminate them. Amit Sharma added that so far 28 communities have already partnered with the show, and creators are highly excited to be a part of it.

Two Types of Winners

Decent Den introduces a dual victory system:

1. Team Victory

Groups must cooperate, distribute responsibilities, and solve tasks collectively. The strongest collective strategy wins the team title.

2. Individual Victory — “Boss of the Den”

Among all participants, one creator will emerge as the Boss of the Den — the player who demonstrates leadership, influence, technical understanding, and survival instinct inside a decentralized ecosystem.
