Valeria Dokukina is a marketing executive specializing in Web3, fintech, and emerging technologies. Her professional background includes more than a decade of experience in marketing, communications, performance marketing, and community development.
As Chief Marketing Officer of an international Web3 ecosystem, she works on user acquisition, community engagement, and growth strategies across multiple markets. Her areas of focus include strategic partnerships, influencer relations, public relations, and ecosystem expansion.
Dokukina's work centers on developing scalable community and marketing programs designed to support user retention and adoption within blockchain-based platforms.
3. Ekaterina Tarasova
Founder, IdolMe Agency
Ekaterina Tarasova is the founder of IdolMe, an international communications and growth consultancy that has worked with technology, fintech, and Web3 companies since 2013.
Her experience spans strategic communications, digital marketing, reputation management, content development, and community engagement. Through IdolMe, she has supported companies entering new markets and building visibility among investors, users, media, and industry stakeholders.

5. George Galoyan
