Bitget Wallet Card Launches Zero-Fee Debit Card in 50 Countries

Bitget Wallet Launches Zero-Fee Debit Card

Use Bitget Wallet Card for Zero-Fee Crypto Payments Across the World

Why are so many people suddenly talking about the new Bitget Wallet Card?

On 20 November, Bitget Wallet released one of the most aggressive payment products the crypto industry has seen: a zero-fee debit card that works across more than 50 countries.

At a time when neobanks are tightening margins and adding new charges, it is moving in the opposite direction by removing almost every cost users normally face.

A Zero-Fee Card Designed for Real-World Spending

The Bitget Wallet Card connects directly to Visa and Mastercard rails, allowing users to spend USDT and USDC stablecoins anywhere cards are accepted. But the real innovation is the pricing model.

Traditional fintech cards earn money through FX spreads, slippage, and hidden conversion charges. Bitget Wallet instead detects these fees and refunds them automatically, giving users a simple, transparent payment experience.

Each user gets up to $400 per month of fully fee-free spending, while MOEW campaign participants receive $600 per month.

According to Bitget Wallet’s internal data, nearly 40% of its 80 million users already rely on stablecoins for payments, especially in regions with high currency conversion costs.

How They Removes Every Major Fee

The company shared a detailed breakdown of how the refund system works:

  • Top-Up Fee Refunds: Some regions apply a small fee when users load USDT or USDC. When the spend goes through, this amount is automatically refunded.

  • USD Spending Made Clean and Simple: Payments in USD normally carry minor conversion charges. With this crypto debit card, those charges are fully refunded.

  • Best Rates for Non-USD Spending: Banks often settle foreign currency payments at rates higher than the market average. This compares the bank’s FX rate with Google’s mid-market rate and refunds the difference.

Refunds usually arrive between T+1 and T+3 days, and can be claimed once they reach at least 1 USDC.

Who Is Eligible for the Zero-Fee Benefit?

Every global user with a Bitget Wallet Card is included. Existing cardholders are already upgraded, while new users get the benefit immediately after activation. The only exception is DeCard subscribers, as that product is discontinued.

A Growing Challenge for Neobanks

This move signals rising competition for traditional fintech and challenger banks. By removing FX and conversion fees, the main revenue sources of neobanks, this new card positions itself as a direct alternative for people who travel, shop online, or make cross-border payments regularly.

A Step Toward Everyday Crypto Utility

The launch is only the beginning. The company will continue refining the zero-fee system and expand spending caps as adoption grows. This launch is believed to push crypto closer to everyday usage, where digital assets move as easily as cash but without hidden costs.
