The Network confirms official fixes for extension login and points issues
Project roadmap signals mainnet and ecosystem activation by mid-2026
No immediate TGE announced
Holders of the Network who have been farming the DAWN airdrop have recently complained of several technical problems with the browser extension of the project, such as CAPTCHA failure, a looping login, frozen dashboards, and a failure to display any points.
Social media posts of users with more than 520,000 points demonstrate that some investors are gaining more and more attention for the disruptions related to the glitch.
In the official guidance, these problems are not scams or account bans but are perceived to be extension bugs that need particular measures to be taken by users. The project has stressed that any support requests should only be processed using the official Dawn network extension Discord server, and users should be cautious not to use personal messages or unofficial links.

It has provided solutions to each of the common issues in steps:
CAPTCHA error or Something went wrong error: The users need to create the support ticket in the official Discord and provide the registered email and a screenshot.
Email verification code redirects to the login page: A Discord support ticket should also be resolved manually to address this problem.
Dawn Network chrome extension frozen after entering email code: It confirms this often resolves automatically. Users are advised to keep the extension open for a few minutes until it logs in.
Points not increasing: The extension is currently buggy. Points may not update instantly and will reflect once the “Last Updated” status shows “Just now” or “A few minutes ago.”
This project has repeatedly stressed that no team member will ever DM users, and anyone offering help privately is likely attempting a scam.
Due to some technical frustrations, Dawn crypto airdrops has assured its community that it is not in a hurry and it has not missed the opportunity. In its January 2026 AMA, the team affirmed that the project is aiming at reaching key milestones by the next six months, which will leave plenty of time to get new users on board and earn some points.
It is launching Q1 2026 with ecosystem activation, which is focused on:
Increased network visibility and real-time.
New deployer and subscriber user interfaces.
Simultaneous development of hardware, mobile, and desktop tools.
Basic protocol systemsare opening to the public.
Further coverage expansion over the air.
Notably, there has not been any Token Generation Event (TGE) date declared yet, which alleviates the fear of late entrants.
Dawn Internet is a decentralized broadband project based on Solana and created by Andrena that enables holders to share unused internet bandwidth by using rooftop radios. The project will seek to disrupt centralized ISPs such as Comcast through the establishment of a self-healing and community-driven wireless connection.
As of the end of 2025, the networks had total fundraised $31 million, which has helped it to expand into the U.S. and international markets. Though members of the community are frustrated with the project taking two years to launch a DAWN internet TGE, particularly considering other projects launching much faster, such as Grass airdrop, engagement metrics speak otherwise.
The extension problems are still annoying but can be effectively handled on the official level, whereas the 2026 roadmap, its substantial financing, and the DePIN vision ensure that the community is not bored with the delays in the TGE.
