The Gold Bitcoin debate is heating up as according to X post of Crypto Rover, the Bear trap phase is ending, suggesting that fake fall in the prices is ending. People thought that BTC would keep dropping, but instead it is ready to turn around and shoot upward.

The BTC price is currently swinging in the $110k to $112k range, with buyers showing signs of defending key support levels. There was a time when people thought that expensive metal and silver is the only asset they should keep, but slowly the arrival of virtual coin has challenged the asset market.

Despite the rumors, companies like Tether have confirmed that BTC remains at the heart of their strategy.  While they do invest in other safe assets like expensive metal and even land, digital coin dominates their portfolio with over 100,000 BTC valued at more than $11 billion. This shows that in the gold Bitcoin race, institutions continue to lean heavily toward digital coin.

Is the expensive metal Really Competing With digital asset?

The most expensive metal has held its reputation for centuries as a safe haven. But BTC’s growing adoption, liquidity and institutional backing give it a competitive edge in today’s digital economy.

On the other hand, supporters of BTC like Michael Saylor and Robert Kiyosaki say, digital coin is the real asset, one should invest in it. In the previous month the coiin surged to its all time high of  $124k. And currently the coin is trading at $111,879, as per the data of CoinMarketCap.
