Fred Krueger, a known investor and market commentator, recently shared a bold economic idea on X (formerly Twitter). His vision is simple yet dramatic: fix U.S. Tax rates at 3% permanently.
His tweet sparked wide attention regarding the Interest Rate News, especially in the current U.S. economy where tax rates discussions are heating up ahead of the elections.
In his post, Krueger laid out his economic wishlist:
20% flat income tax
Balanced federal budget
No tax on digital assets
No capital gains tax
And most importantly, keeping rates at 3% forever
He wrote, “Simple is good,” while attaching a screenshot of a tariff chart labeled “What’s Not Good,” hinting at criticism toward Trump tariffs.
