Pixelverse Expands: Pudgy Penguins Integration and PIXFI Token Listing

On July 16, Pixelverse, a quest-based battler set in a Cyberpunk pixelated universe announced the integration of the Pudgy Penguin character on the Telegram mini-game. Pudgy Penguins is a blockchain-based collection of digital artwork composed of non-fungible tokens (NFTs).

Pixelverse took to X (Formerly Twitter) to share the news as well as unveiled joining other crypto favorites such as Dogecoin (DOGE) and Mew, a Solana meme coin into Pixelverse. At press time DOGE was trading at $0.1191, after an intraday drop of 2.46%.

This update allows users to share playing as characters in Pixelverse's game ahead of the authorized Pudgy Penguins game launch in 2025.

Pudgy Penguins has teamed up with Web3 domain offerer Unstoppable Domains, allowing users to access Pudgy World with their .pudgy domains. Declared on July 10, this alliance allows domain holders to log into the virtual world using just their domains.

Pixelverse was launched in 2023 and recently introduced its tap-to-earn Telegram game, PixelTap which operates over the TON blockchain and is accessible through the Telegram messaging app. PIXFI, the native token was officially listed on the Bybit exchange on July 18.

The exchange permits individuals to make deposits by July 17 and withdrawals by July 19. Once listed, the token will be available via the Ethereum network and for trades via Spot Grid Bots.

According to Pixelverse, the platform has over 10 Million Telegram users, 500K Discord users, 3 Million Twitter users, and approximately 13 Million daily active users.
