In a significant move, WINT, a Nasdaq-listed biotech firm, announced its Bold Windtree BNB strategy. It will assign 99% of a $520 million funding collection into Binance Coin. The deal combines a $500 million equity line of credit and a $20 million stock purchase contract with Build and Build Crop.

The company's plan depends on its shareholders permission for gathering funding it proposed through issuance of more shares. However if this fresh Windtree BNB strategy worked, it could change the way other public companies manage their money using crypto. 

Why Binance Coin? And Who’s Behind the Deal?

The public firm’s daring approach is backed by Build and Build Corp. They have over 43 years of experience in managing assets together, which shows their potential in the field. Not only this, big name investors like Discovery Capital, Kraken, Galaxy Digital, and Off The Chain Capital are also in its supporters list. 

These partnerships reflect emerging organisational trust in altcoins. The Windtree BNB strategy, aiming almost all fresh capital into a single altcoin, denotes a growing demand for alternatives beyond most famous ones (BTC, ETH). 

BNB Price Spikes, But Only Briefly

Recently, the coin's price made an all time high of  $809. However, from peak the price has dropped by 6% towards $764. If price holds $740-$750 support then its price can hit $1000 in coming days.

Some market signals show that price is losing strength meaning the rise did not last long. Still, Windtree’s plan gave binance coin a big image boost, showing that it is becoming more important for big players in the crypto network.
